Andrea Dundas currently holds the position of Director, Talent Acquisition for The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) Corporate. In this role, Andrea oversees full-time hiring for Disney Corporate as well as a centralized recruiting team which supports the finance, legal and accounting functions for the Disney segments in Southern California including, ABC, Disney Consumer Products, Disney Studios, Disney Interactive Media and Disney Stores. In additional to full time hiring she also oversees vendor management, internal mobility initiatives, and recruitment programs.

Before coming to Disney, Andrea oversaw all recruitment and research strategies recruitment for professional and executive-level positions with a multi-billion dollar division of Warner Bros, Warner Home Entertainment. In addition to leading the charge for recruitment she also oversaw the division’s domestic internship and sales trainee programs.
Prior to joining Warner Bros, Andrea worked in both retained and contingent search firms where she supported nationwide searches across a variety of industries.
