Director of Client Services — HCI Corporate Solutions

Job Description

The Human Capital Institute (HCI) is seeking to hire a Director of Client Services for our Corporate Solutions Practice Area. The Director of Client Services will report to the SVP of Operations & Product Development, and will support both the Corporate Solution Sales and Operations teams by managing HCI’s extensive roster of high-profile Corporate Training and Corporate Membership clients to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and engagement.



  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with Corporate Training & Corporate Membership clients that lead to the highest levels of customer satisfaction as well as new business opportunities for both the client and HCI
  • Onboard and Educate clients on the benefits of HCI’s products and services and the integrated capabilities of the company through the compelling articulation of our business model and value proposition  
  • Understand and document each client’s needs and goals and be able to match those needs to HCI’s products and services
  • Set up and maintain administrative portals for clients to track ROI
  • Conceptualize and implement creative, yet appropriate methods to proactively address challenges
  • Create customized account plans for each client, outlining service delivery and revenue growth strategies
  • Collaborate with executives and staff in HCI’s business units to ensure timely, targeted and high-value delivery of all products and services
  • Collaborate with HCI’s sales force to identify and execute upon additional business opportunities  and annual renewal cycles

  • 2-5 years of relevant client management, sales, and/or project management experience
  • Proven track record of excellence in account management and coordination
  • Fluent in PC and database applications including the entire MS-Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree required
