HCI HUMAN CAPITAL SUMMIT TO RETURN TO WALT DISNEY RESORT FOR 2014
Three-Day Event to Showcase Best and Brightest in Talent Insights
BROOKLYN, NY – April 30, 2013 – The Human Capital Institute will return to the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort for the 2014 HCI Human Capital Summit. The resort, located in the heart of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, recently hosted the 2013 Summit on April 8-10, drawing talent-minded professionals from leading organizations to network and learn the latest insights into harnessing human capital.
The 2013 HCI Human Capital Summit was an outstanding success, with an acclaimed roster of keynote speakers including Dan Pink, author of “DR!VE”; Nate Silver, award-winning statistician; and Nancy Turner, Global Director of Talent Development at NIKE. Over the course of three days, attendees heard about cutting-edge insights into talent attraction, leadership, engagement, and strategy.
In response to this year’s success, HCI is excited to announce a new vision for 2014 which will combine the most valuable features of larger “trade shows” with the best elements of the more intimate, senior, and educational events for which HCI is well known. New features will include a new Human Capital Solution and Service Exposition, combining aspects of exposition displays with peer-to-peer interaction, structured presentation, and industry commentary. In addition, HCI’s underwriter partners will now have an opportunity to conduct fifteen-minute demonstrations of their leading Human Capital Management solutions and services. Enhanced opportunities for networking will be available at three major receptions, a host of networking breaks, and daily lunches and breakfasts, and the final day of the conference will consist of keynotes, followed by facilitated round-table discussions broken down by industry and job function.
