KellyOCG to Bring Human Capital Institute’s Strategic Workforce Planning Course to European Market

NEW YORK (January 27, 2014) – The Human Capital Institute (HCI), the global institution for strategic talent management, today announced that it has partnered with KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services, to deliver its Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) courses to various locations in Europe throughout 2014. Through this partnership, HCI can help more employers around the world access the insight and best practices to better manage their workforces and drive positive business results.
As a complex mix of economic, global and multi-generational considerations demand that organizations move beyond traditional – and simple – headcount calculations, Strategic Workforce Planning has become one the most sought-after competencies in HR today.
