August 9, 2013 - BROOKLYN, NY – The Human Capital Institute (HCI), the global institution for strategic talent management, announced today that Work4 has signed on to become an HCI Online Content Partner, and will underwrite HCI’s Talent Acquisition community with original webcasts and whitepapers. Work4 brings cost-effective, efficient sourcing and hiring to the world’s top companies by leveraging the reach and scope of Facebook, the world’s most powerful social network.
HCI’s Talent Acquisition community is dedicated to aggregating the latest insights into human capital recruiting, sourcing, and integration. Work4’s dedication to utilizing Facebook to streamline the staffing process is a perfect match to HCI’s content on more effective and dynamic ways to attract and retain talent. With recent whitepapers published including “The Future of Facebook for Recruiting Professionals: 4 Facebook Updates You Can’t Ignore,” and “Marketing and HR: A Match Made in Facebook,” Work4 continues to be a key tool in recruitment and social media exposure.  Companies such as L’Oreal, Hard Rock Café, Ancestry.com and National Bank of Canada have all utilized Work4’s platform to share career opportunities, prioritize recruits, and find the right candidates for their needs.
As part of the agreement between HCI and Work4, at least two webcasts highlighting insights into recruiting will be underwritten and presented by Work4, in addition to audio interviews and blogs. Work4 will also have the opportunity to feature up to 50 content assets from their own research on HCI’s community page dedicated to Talent Acquisition. Work4 joins TalentCircles, Montage, Oracle, Kenexa, SkillSurvey and Agile-1 as underwriters of HCI’s Talent Acquisition community.
