The winning submission, titled Integrated Talent Planning (ITP), was an initiative designed to:
- Help connect longer-term human capital strategies, which look three years into the future, and near-term resource and supply/demand forecasting processes, which focus on the current year
- Encourage holistic discussions of talent priorities between business leaders and HR professionals
- Enhance consistent global processes across entities, allowing teams to identify talent priorities and facilitate strategic talent investment decisions more easily
Accenture will be recognized at the HCI Global Talent Management Summit and on the HCI website as a company dedicated to global-minded business culture, and it will be awarded a complimentary HCI Enterprise Membership to further its talent transformation journey.
