Selection Process

Consistency with TMA Objectives

HCI Review Committee

Nominations are then thoroughly reviewed by a committee of HCI analysts and executive peers. Submissions are examined for creativity and effective application, and ranked for judging. Nominees selected for further evaluation will be contacted and interviewed, or invited to submit an in-depth business case.

Judging Finalists

Finalists selected in each category are forwarded to a panel of experts for thorough analysis and final judging. The TMA judging panel is composed of thought-leading academics, senior talent management executives and expert practitioners.
