New Survey: What Influences Contract Talent Usage?

As the workforce landscape continues to reflect the powerful influence of a knowledge-driven economy, organizations are relying increasingly on contract talent - contractors, consultants, short-term professional engagements, and project-based workers - to augment or even replace their full-time salaried workforce.  Human Resource departments, however, are not always fully engaged in recognizing and accommodating the challenges associated with managing this critical component of their workforce.

The Human Capital Institute and Beeline need your insight in their Contract Talent Survey, “What Influences Contract Talent Usage?”  This brief survey examines the growth and increased importance of contract talent with the goal of providing sound and strategic thought leadership to increase the competitiveness and overall strength of an organization's workforce.
