Mr. Rowley is the Vice President and National Practice Leader for the Retail Industry directing the provision of consulting services to all companies in the retail and service sectors. Mr. Rowley has 25 years experience in the development of human resources programs that fit a company's business direction and strategy. This includes the development of programs to guide organization design, executive compensation, and performance-based human resources and reward management. He works with both Boards and executive management in the development of total rewards strategies. Mr. Rowley works closely with clients to understand their business from both a strategic and operations viewpoint and assists in the development of approaches to managing human resources. He works with clients to develop human resource strategies and programs that provide a competitive advantage and maximize the organization's investment in people.
