Of those companies looking to hire new grads, 23% said they planned to hire more than they did a year ago, according to a survey released Wednesday that was conducted by EMC Research and commissioned by the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Just 12% of those business executives surveyed said they would hire fewer graduates than last year.
