Charlie Atkinson is CEO at hfi, a talent management firm that helps international organizations to select and develop their people capability. He is passionate about technology and how it can be used to help people to succeed at work. Charlie has been with hfi for more than 18 years. In that time he has seen the talent industry transform from an administrative department to the strategic function that it is today. He has been involved in a wide range of innovative talent projects, from creating online recruitment systems before anyone knew what an ATS was, to building AI driven assessment tools for global organizations.
