HCI attracts the best and brightest thought leaders and talent management professionals from business, consulting, government and academia. One of the most powerful benefits offered to HCS Alumni is direct, personal access to our faculty, and to the experts we have assembled to help with questions across the talent management lifecycle.
The HCS curriculum is developed and delivered by business-school caliber faculty. Our instructors are professors, human capital consultants and seasoned executive practitioners, with extensive experience in strategic talent management theory and real-world implementation.
Faculty members stay in touch with their classes by moderating discussions, and contributing a stream of interesting talent-related news, articles and information. Alumni are invited to contact their instructors at any time, to solicit their ideas, help or advice.

HCS Alumni may go on to pursue the Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS) Designation. A major component of this program is the Business Case Practicum, wherein Designation Candidates are required to build a case and solution for a real-world talent management issue in their current organization.
To support this activity, HCI assigns a Faculty Mentor to help define the case, and assist with ideas and advice as it is addressed and resolved. Your mentor will help you get started, keep you on the track, and become a valuable resource for you and your organization.
