David Forman
Chief Learning Officer
Human Capital Institute (HCI)

David Forman joined HCI in 2005, and currently serves as Chief Learning Officer. As CLO, Mr. Forman is responsible for curriculum design, development of HCI's certification and designation programs, and serves as a liaison to HCI's academic and learning communities worldwide. Prior to HCI, Mr. Forman designed, developed and implemented technology-based training solutions for leading organizations, including IBM, Federal Express, DuPont, Deloitte & Touche, Exxon, Microsoft, the Ford Foundation, the Children's Television Workshop, Sony and AT&T. Mr. Forman has written over 40 articles and books in the fields of human capital, globalization, training, evaluation, return on investment (ROI), and instructional design; and is a frequent presenter at major industry conferences and seminars, both in the United States and abroad. He is also the principal author and developer of the Global Learning System for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

As founder and President of Performance Partners in Health Care, a company dedicated to building better patient experiences, she has authored several curriculums in leadership and staff development, and co-authored with Harold Bursztajn, MD Senior Clinical Faculty member, Harvard Medical School, "Building a Treatment Alliance with Patients and Families."

Michael DeMarco is the Strategy and Acquisition Team Leader at The Human Capital's Center for Human Capital Excellence (CHCE). As Team Leader for Talent Strategy and Acquisition, he oversees member programming, in-person events and conferences, and Signature Research Reporting. Michael has 19 years of business and consulting experience for leading companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Electric and IBM. He has authored two books and nine white papers. Glen Kallas

Glen is the Managing Partner of Camden Delta Consulting, which he founded in 2006. He consults in the areas of global human resources strategy, corporate restructuring and change, and talent management excellence. Prior to founding Camden Delta, Glen was a Principal with Hewitt Associates, a global management consulting and outsourcing firm specializing in human resource management. He also has held senior HR executive positions in the healthcare, consumer goods and retail industries.

Glen received a M.S. degree in Human Resources Management & Development from Chapman University and a B.S. degree in Management/HR from Seton Hall University. He is an active member in the HR Planning Society, OD Network, the Human Capital Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. He serves as a Senior Faculty Member of the Human Capital Institute.

He is certified in Marshall Goldsmith's Executive Coaching Methodology, Hogan Assessments and is a certified Human Capital Strategist through the Human Capital Institute. Glen is also a former U.S. Army officer.

Mark Allen is an educator, speaker, consultant, and author who currently serves as a faculty member in the department of organizations and management at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management where he previously served for ten years as Director of Executive Education. He is also a Senior Associate with the Kiely Group and a Senior Faculty Member of the Human Capital Institute.Mark is the editor and co-author of The Next Generation of Corporate Universities, published by Pfeiffer in February of 2007 and The Corporate University Handbook published by Amacom Books in 2002. As an internationally-recognized authority, he is a popular speaker and has published and presented research on corporate universities and non-traditional higher education. Other research interests include the assessment of training and development programs and the evaluation of teaching and learning in postsecondary and adult education. He serves as a consultant to both new and mature corporate universities. Mark serves on the Board of Regents of the University of Farmers at Farmers Insurance Company and on the Board of Advisors of the Global Council of Corporate Universities.Mark has a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Columbia University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a Ph.D. in Education from USC. An award-winning teacher, Mark teaches courses in Leadership, Management, and Adult & Lifespan Learning at Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management and Graduate School of Education and Psychology and has previously taught business and management courses at a number of institutions.

Bruce Walton is the principal at Walton & Associates, a consulting firm providing services in learning, talent management and human resource strategy.
Prior to founding Walton & Associates, Bruce was a Senior Advisor at TPI (www.tpi.net), where he advised clients on aspects of their service delivery alternatives and provided expertise in project management, HR transformation, shared services, process re-design and change management. In addition, Bruce was the process lead for learning and talent management services at TPI. In this role, he used his specific expertise in these areas to provide assessment and advisory services to TPI clients who were re-evaluating their approaches and sourcing strategies in talent management, learning and workforce development.Prior to joining TPI, Bruce worked as a Senior Consultant for Watson Wyatt & Company (www.watsonwyatt.com) for over 11 years. At Watson Wyatt, he advised Fortune 1000 clients in solving complex problems in the areas of HR outsourcing and HR technology.
Before joining Watson Wyatt, Bruce spent 12 years with NETg-Spectrum, a distance-learning company, first as an instructional designer / project manager and ultimately as a Vice President - Application Development, responsible for managing the firm's product development functions and consulting operations. Notable engagements included:Bruce has spoken widely at industry conferences on a range of HR-related topics, including learning outsourcing and the use of technology in HR processes. He is the past president of the SF Bay Area Chapter of IHRIM (www.ihrim.org), the global HR technology association.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College as well as a Master of Education (Ed.M.) and Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), both from Boston University.

Randy holds a Masters in Cross Cultural Studies with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from The University of Houston and a B.S. in Tourism, Food & Lodging Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter, a Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator, and a recipient of the HR Houston Impact Award for Diversity Excellence. Randy is the President emeritus of the Southwest Association of Colleges and Employers (now the Southern Association of Colleges and Employers). He is a member of SHRM, and is actively devoted to coaching and assisting professionals through career transition.

Randy, and his wife Kristin and two boys, Elijah and Zachary live in Atlanta. Randy spends most of his time actively involved in his children’s sports teams and volunteering with various homeless shelters.

Prior to joining Camden Delta, Donna spent 14 years at Personnel Decisions International (now PDI Ninth House), where she co-founded and led the firm’s Strategy practice.

Donna brings a broad-based business perspective to her consulting practice, having held positions in Accounting, Finance, and Operations Development.

Donna authored chapters on financial acumen in the Successful Executive’s Handbook and Successful Manager’s Handbook. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of connecting business strategy and talent.

Donna holds a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she majored in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy. She completed the Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management jointly sponsored by the University of Michigan and Columbia Teachers College. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed CPA (inactive).

In addition to over 25 years in the information technology field, Rainee is a recognized expert in the practice of integrating business strategy, technology and people. Her firm, Fokal Fusion, works with companies to improve performance, achieve greater profitability and expand their market share, resulting in increased employee retention, strategic alignment and engagement. Their specialty is helping companies who are planning to re-organize, going through a merger/acquisition or experiencing hyper-growth. Leslie Keelty is an experienced Management and Leadership Consultant with clients in the private, not-for profit, and government arenas. Leslie is the Founder and CEO of LEAD Consult, LLC, a management and leadership consulting firm in the Washington, DC area. Leslie is currently working on a project for the Department of Homeland Security for which she is implementing a Mentoring Program for their management level employees. Leslie serves as a Faculty Partner for the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and is a Certified Human Capital Strategist and Certified Strategic Workforce Planner. She holds numerous other certifications in Diversity, Executive Coaching, MBTI, etc.

Leslie is also a Probono Consultant for the Taproot Foundation, and is currently leading a Strategic Planning project for a not-for-profit organization in Washington, DC and a Strategic Staffing project for another not-for-profit.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Leslie worked as a Human Resources professional for over 20 years specializing in the field of Training and Development. Leslie worked in a variety of organizations including private, public, and not-for profit. The types of companies include Media, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Banking and Architectural/Engineering. Earlier in her career Leslie was a Counselor with adolescents and their families.

In Leslie’s last few corporate roles at Dewberry, ASCD, and Arbitron she headed up the Training and Development function. She created and implemented leadership development, performance management, and employee recognition and reward programs as well as headed up the corporate university. As a member of the Strategic Planning Teams, she facilitated strategic planning sessions at each company.
