David Forman joined HCI in 2005, and currently serves as Chief Learning Officer. As CLO, Mr. Forman is responsible for curriculum design, development of HCI's certification and designation programs, and serves as a liaison to HCI's academic and learning communities worldwide. Prior to HCI, Mr. Forman designed, developed and implemented technology-based training solutions for leading organizations, including IBM, Federal Express, DuPont, Deloitte & Touche, Exxon, Microsoft, the Ford Foundation, the Children's Television Workshop, Sony and AT&T. Mark Allen is an educator, speaker, consultant, and author who currently serves as a faculty member in the department of organizations and management at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management where he previously served for ten years as Director of Executive Education. Jeffrey G. Soper has a wide variety of experience in industry, consulting and academe. Jeff is a “seasoned corporate warrior” who has held a variety of increasingly responsible middle, senior and executive level operations, marketing, human resource, and general management positions in several manufacturing and service industries including electronics, software development, aviation, healthcare, distribution, supply chain management, and logistics. In academe, Dr. Soper has served as Program Director and Assistant Professor of Engineering Leadership at The Pennsylvania State University; and as Associate Professor of Management and Associate Director of the TECO Center for Leadership at the University of Tampa; and as the Senior Research Fellow at the Human Resource Institute; and as an Adjunct Professor at S.P. Jain Center for Management in Dubai and Singapore.
