Webcast:
Asking a key segment of your workforce to adopt a new process can seem like a straightforward endeavor. But what if stakeholders are long-tenured or very set in their ways, and the new process is abstract or requires stakeholders to re-think their whole approach to work? When the lack of process adoption could result in potential loss of existing customers, lost bids, and decreased profitability and when executive management looks to the learning organization to execute this management imperative, the stakes are high. The Boeing Company, the world's leading aerospace company, successfully deployed a breakthrough learning approach with experiential simulation to effectively adopt a business-critical process. You'll learn how this initiative, a recipient of a 2007 Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Gold Award, significantly cut onsite training time for learners and is helping to triple the volume of learners trained on a yearly basis.
