Presenters

Anne Doubet is a US Career Services manager for Accenture. For the past 4 years she has worked within the Talent Transition Management function focused on talent exchange, including the design of the alumni sourcing recruitment channel and the US Career Services program. Most recently, Anne has become an internal mobility expert by redeploying employees across the organization in an attempt to maximize talent. During her 11 years with Accenture, Anne has worked in global roles allowing her to gain a broader understanding of the entire organization. She spent the first six years of her career working in the management consulting environment for clients in the utility industry. Anne holds a bachelor of science in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado.

Katya Meza-Doyle is the Global Exit Management & Alumni Relations Lead and a member of the Talent Development CoE, in the Transitions Discipline. For the past few years she has worked to reinvigorate Accenture’s Alumni Program; first in the US and now globally, striving to build enduring relationships between Accenture and Accenture Alumni. During her over 20 years with Accenture, she has led entry-level and experienced-level recruiting teams as well as spent 5 years on the "line" in the management consulting environment for clients in the healthcare industry.
