Jodi Davidson, Director of Diversity Initiatives for Sodexho, Inc., leads Sodexho's vast portfolio of diversity programs, overseeing mentoring, work/life effectiveness and diversity related recognition for the organization. Davidson joined the organization in 1995 specializing in the areas of human resources development and employee relations. Prior to her current role, Davidson served as the Director of Diversity for Sodexho's Education Market.Davidson possesses a vast knowledge and understanding of the critical function diversity and inclusion play in today's increasingly competitive business environment. She currently serves as Chair for several cross-divisional / cross-functional task forces and steering committees including Sodexho's "Spirit of Mentoring" Implementation Team and Work/Life Effectiveness Steering Committee. In addition, Davidson has been a strong advocate for the formation and development of Sodexho's affinity "Network Groups" - part of Sodexho's demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, mentorship and training of company managers.Davidson's commitment to developing a strong team culture through employee recognition led her to create and implement the "Champions of Diversity" program which recognizes employees and teams who demonstrate behaviors that advance Sodexho's diversity and inclusion strategy. In 2007 this program received the prestigious "International Innovation" Award from the Profiles in Diversity Journal.Davidson holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology. She is married and the proud mother of three children.
