Webcast:
Top talent is in short supply at both big and small organizations. While many organizations are using LinkedIn and other social media to broadcast their job opportunities to potential candidates, most have yet to fully understand and appreciate the value that can be added by social media beyond using it as a modern phonebook.
Some forward-thinking organizations are creating interactive talent communities with content, activities, and discussion opportunities that are directly related to professional growth that keeps prospects coming back and engaged with the organization. Others are using social media internally at their firms to identify and develop talent they already have for critical positions. These radical strategies for identifying both internal and external talent represent a new way to utilize social media.
Join Dr. John Sullivan and Master Burnett for a look at how next generation talent communities are helping organizations establish a pipeline of talent for critical positions and leverage limited “social resources” beyond simple sourcing.
