Zaino is a major force in the development of best practices, risk mitigation programs, and independent contractor engagement tools that support workplace independence.Gene is an avid entrepreneur who graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics (BSE). After four years with KPMG Peat Marwick as a CPA and management consultant, he spent 20 years building, merging and selling various consulting companies, some funded by financial luminaries Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Austin Ventures and Goldman Sachs.He serves on the expert advisory board for the Human Capital Institute and collaborated with other industry leaders to create and develop the Contract Talent Research Practice Area at HCI, furthering education, ethics, and industry best practices. Zaino has led executive seminars at the Project Management Institute, the Institute for Supply Management, and the Military Officers Association of America. He is a frequent speaker and has appeared in publications, radio and television including the Washington Business Journal, CNNfn and USA Today.
Mr. Leeby oversees sales and marketing for both the contingent workforce solutions and the talent management solutions business units at Beeline. He has been with Beeline for 7 years and has led the effort to go from 4 to 61 customers in the contingent labor solutions unit since his inception
Kip Wright is Vice President & General Manager of TAPFIN Process Solutions, a division of COMSYS (CITP). Kip is responsible for the division's overall strategic vision and operational management, including the consolidation of COMSYS practice strengths under the TAPFIN umbrella. This consolidation unites the whole of human capital management processes into an integrated set of solutions and puts TAPFIN at the forefront of workforce management.As Vice President & General Manager of TAPFIN, Kip leverages expertise gained in numerous positions as a member of the COMSYS senior management team, including Senior Vice President of Solutions, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and most recently as head of COMSYS Process Solutions. Prior to joining COMSYS, Kip served a variety of finance and operations-based leadership roles with Metamor Worldwide, BSG Consulting and Ernst & Young, all leading global consulting firms.
Ben is responsible for developing and executing Sales and Marketing strategies to expand ProcureStaff's global customer base and increase revenue. Prior to assuming this role, Ben led the Strategy & Analytics group, specializing in data analysis and benchmarking, process improvement, and sourcing strategy. In this position, he also worked closely with the Sales & Marketing group by designing tailored business solutions for prospective and existing clients.
