Usha is a a principal within the Talent & Organization Consulting Practice. She consults in Organizational Design, HR Strategy, and HR Effectiveness. She has also had experience in the area of Merger Integration, Performance Management, and Large Scale Change Enablement.Usha has worked with HR teams to map expectations from business partners, envision the HR strategy, design the HR structure, and develop roles and responsibilities for HR professionals. She has executed assignments in the area of HR re-engineering which involved mapping HR processes, analyzing current process effectiveness, reviewing HR metrics and designing future state HR processes.Usha has over 14 years of consulting experience in the area of people strategy. Prior to joining Hewitt, she worked as Manager, Human Capital with Andersen. Usha has consulted in over 7 countries including the U.S., UK, Germany, India, and countries the Middle East. She has consulted in the government sector, energy sector and pharmaceutical sector. Dick is a Principal consultant with Hewitt Associates and is the North American leader of Hewitt's Human Resource Effectiveness (HRE) practice. He is located in Hewitt's Lincolnshire, Illinois headquarters. He is actively engaged in managing large client projects as well as has responsibility for leading the development of content methods and tools, promoting knowledge management, and coordinating consulting resources for the HRE team in North America within Hewitt. Dick consults in all areas of HRE including HR strategy, HR transformation, HR process redesign, HR restructuring, HR organization design, HR cost analysis and realignment, and HR technology implementation. Dick has been with Hewitt Associates for over nine years.Prior to joining Hewitt, Dick worked at one of the world's largest management and technology consulting firms specializing in issues of HR transformation. Before entering the consulting field, he spent over 15 years in senior HR leadership roles in various companies, most recently in the pharmaceutical industry. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Indiana University.Some of Dick's HR transformation clients include: leading a large HR transformation at The Walt Disney Company; Intuit, Rockwell Automation; Catholic Health Initiatives; MGM MIRAGE; Wells Fargo; American Express; Verizon Communications; The Bank of Canada; Marathon Oil; Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation; ABN AMRO North America; The Royal Bank of Scotland; and GlaxoSmithKline; Dick has also performed additional HR effectiveness and talent management consulting work at Allstate Insurance Company, Daimler-Chrysler, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Hoechst Pharmaceuticals, and CMP Media.
