Paul Brubaker is a Senior HR Executive who brings over 20 years of financial, operational and Human Capital experience to bear on high impact issues at large organizations. Mr. Brubaker earned his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and he holds his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.Mr. Brubaker is presently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pioneer Electronics, North America. Immediately prior to this assignment, Mr. Brubaker ran his own independent consulting business for three years. He completed successful engagements with Beckman Coulter, Alliance Data Systems, IndyMac Bank, and Columbia University in New York City.Just prior to starting his consulting practice, Mr. Brubaker worked for Novell, Inc. where he was in charge of identifying and defining key performance metrics, setting targets for the metrics and implementing a system of accountability throughout the global 6,000 person organization. Mr. Brubaker worked with the CEO and the executive team to agree upon top level metrics and then worked with the division presidents around the world to push the metrics downward throughout the organization.Mr. Brubaker's career includes 15 years in Finance, 8 years in Human Resources, and 3 years in Operations and Business Development. He has worked in various industries including oil and gas, electric power, financial services, high tech professional services, software, higher education, and now, Consumer electronics.Mr. Brubaker has consistently been identified as a Change Agent and has been a key instigator of culture change in each of the companies in which he has worked. He is a process improvement expert, a coach, mentor and leader of high integrity.
