Tim Kutzer is an experienced HR Professional with background in recruitment strategy and operations, branding, and program development. His current responsibilities as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Best Buy Co., Inc include developing, evaluating and sustaining sourcing and diversity recruitment strategies for Best Buy Retail, Corporate and Best Buy subsidiaries . He is also responsible for Recruitment Operations as well as Best Buy's recruitment brand including strategies to promote Best Buy as an employer of choice .

Joshua Kahn has been in recruiting/sourcing for 6 years with a mix of agency and corporate experience. He's currently a Sr. Pipeline Generation Expert with Accenture as a part of their North American Talent Center. His role is to advise clients on their sourcing strategy in general, and to help choose which technologies, techniques, and tools to use for finding and attracting talent. He also facilitates a sourcing knowledge collaboration group across all Pipeline Generation Experts and sourcers within Accenture.
Josh is very engaged in community collaboration and is a co-founder of the Minnesota Recruiters group and a series of unconferences hosted for area recruiters and staffing professionals. He's also recently founded the Sourcerati Breakfast, a local collaborative meet-up for sourcing professionals in the Twin Cities.
