If the tables really have turned (and nearly all signs say they have) then college recruitment needs to return to the center of a global talent strategy. Yet many corporations are using yesterday's strategies and tools to try to attract a college grad that enters today's workforce with an entirely different set of experiences than their counterparts of even 10 years ago.

Experts in the field discuss how they have been successful in engaging college students early by tapping into existing on campus networks, how to build an on-campus brand that makes them the recruiter of choice and fill hard-to-hire roles faster than their competitors.
Presenters

Marie Artim is the Assistant Vice President, Recruiting for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She is a 1991 graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Industrial Management and has been employed with Enterprise since January 1992. As Assistant Vice President, Recruiting, Marie is responsible for company-wide strategies and directives that involve advertising, interactive media, training and tools for the 200+ recruiters hiring over 7,000 college graduates each year. Marie has conducted class presentations and career related workshops at many universities, professional associations and student conferences. She also serves on advisory boards for Monster, SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise), Pi Sigma Epsilon and Bradley University. Marie recently served as President of the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers and also holds the certification of Professional in Human Resources.

Andrew graduated from Brown University with a degree in Political Science in 1990. Upon graduation, Andrew worked for several years as an HR professional in Fuji Xerox Co. Ltd., which is based in Tokyo Japan, and has spent the past 11 years in various recruiting capacities for Microsoft. Andrew currently manages the college recruiting efforts at all of their targeted Colleges and Universities in North America and has done so for the past 5 years. Andrew and his wife and are the proud and busy parents of 5-year old triplets.
