Dr. Stephen C. Schoonover has been providing consulting services in the area of human capital management solutions for the past 25 years specializing in strategic human resource consulting, leadership and executive development, competency model building, and talent management systems. He has consulted with organizations in virtually all business sectors creating integrated human capital management systems, including projects with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Accenture, Mercer Management, Ernst and Young, GlaxoSmithKline, Tyson Foods, Merck & Company, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems, General Electric, Freddie Mac, Lockheed Martin,and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Dr. Schoonover is also an acknowledged expert in human performance criteria and metrics.
A graduate from Harvard College and Harvard Medical School, Dr. Schoonover was board-certified in psychiatry and neurology, and served on the faculty at Harvard Medical School for over 20 years. He has taught at Harvard Medical School, Harvard’s psychology department and Harvard Business School, and currently teaches at the Kellogg School of Management and The Sloane School of Management at MIT.
