Cydney is the National Strategic Communications lead in Deloitte Consulting's Organization and Change practice within Human Capital. She comes to consulting with 15 years of progressive strategic change and communications experience. She spent the last five years specializing in change transformation and employee communications/employee engagement with an emphasis on internal branding. She has a significant record of achievement for designing tailored change and employee engagement programs in Fortune 500 companies. She is seasoned at embedding communication into business processes with measurable financial results. Most recently, she and her team developed a comprehensive approach to corporate sustainability communications, Green Sync Communications. Formerly a creative director for two global ad agencies with experience in emerging markets, she has a unique ability to devise powerful, original pathways for information, learning and transformation.

Ed is a Global Deloitte Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) subject matter specialist for Technology, and he advises TMT companies in the areas of strategic planning, product innovation, competitive positioning, and digital Convergence.Ed is the Technology Sector Leader in Tri-State, and leads the Convergence team that develops Deloitte points of view on digital Convergence and products that permit clients to exploit Convergence, digital media, Community, Social Networking and Web 2.0 tools. In addition to leading the New York Technology Fast 50 program, and being a leader in the Tri-State Venture Capital Practice, Ed also works closely with Deloitte Research in developing publications and podcasts for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors.Prior to joining Deloitte Services, Ed was managing partner of a Manhattan law firm, where he served a number of technology and entertainment clients. Ed was also a managing director of a Manhattan investment and advisory company specializing in technology and media investments.Ed holds a law degree from New York Law School (where he was editor-in-chief of the Journal of International and Comparative Law), and earned an MBA in information systems and in management from New York University (where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and where he has taught corporate finance as an adjunct faculty member).

Rob Underwood is part of Deloitte Consulting's Customer and Market Strategy Practice. Rob's focus is leading strategic development initiatives at global High Technology Companies in the areas of route-to-market planning, partner & customer segmentation, channel portfolio valuation, and marketing strategy. Rob's particularly interested in multi-channel strategies and specifically how direct, partner, traditional web, and social networking channels can be harmonized to optimize customer experiences, avoid unwanted channel conflict, and improve profitability for both high-tech companies and their partners. Rob lived in Japan for 4 years, speaks Japanese, and spends much of his time with Japanese clients. Rob lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and two sons.

Leah Reynolds is a consultant with a passion for maximizing young talent in the workplace to achieve greater bottom-line results. Leah is former National Practice Leader for Generational Talent Strategies at Deloitte Consulting LLP where she was a specialist in emerging workplace trends and issues including social media practices. Leah helps leaders realize the benefits of engaging young talent, such as enhanced ability to sell to Gen Y customers, increased application of technological efficiencies and improved collaborative and inclusive work practices.Prior to Deloitte, Leah spent many years working in the HR consulting world, gaining a deep knowledge of reward strategies and other human resource-related programs. Leah understands the employer value proposition that young workers are looking for and what today's organizations need to do in order to recruit and engage that age group.Leah is a frequent speaker and writer on generational and workplace change as an emerging challenge and opportunity for 21st century organizations. Leah was recently named "Communicator of the Year" by the International Association of Business Communicators for her thought leadership and contributions to the profession. She holds an M.A. degree in organizational communication from Eastern Michigan University.
