Kathy has more than 25 years experience in global compensation and human resources, most recently as Vice President Global Compensation at Pfizer Inc. Kathy's prior experience includes Standard & Poor's, Siemens Corporation, the HR consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Morton International/Dow. She holds a BS degree from Miami University in Ohio, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management where she focused on International Business and Management Strategy. Kathy is a WorldatWork faculty member for Course C2: Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation. She is a board member and treasurer for Notes In Motion, and is based in New York City.

Robert Mattson is the Director, Talent Management Marketing at ADP, Inc. in Marlborough, MA. He has been involved in web and HR focused technology with responsibilities ranging from developer to evangelist for companies such as Allaire, Applix and Performix Technologies. Mr. Mattson has spoken at seminars and conferences around the country and his articles have been seen in publications ranging from the Java Developer's Journal to Talent Management Magazine.
