Presenters

Cori Hill is the Director of Leadership Solutions and the creator of Active Leader, the simulation-based leadership development approach that has grown to be the single most frequently delivered and globally accepted learning program at PDI NH. Cori came to PDI NH in 1998 from Northwest Airlines where she developed and implemented a wide range of safety and service training projects, specializing in the management of international contract training, including a partnership with NATCO to bring emergency management training to aviation organizations around the world. Prior to PDI NH and Northwest, Cori held performance improvement roles at Minnesota Public Radio, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, and Pan American Airways.
Cori is currently completing her Ph.D. and is the author of A Consultant’s Guide to Action Learning and co-author of Developing Leaders and Organizations Through Action Learning as well as numerous articles, and she is fluent in Spanish and English. Cori uses her extensive knowledge of organizational development analysis tools to identify client needs and devise custom solutions to meet their challenges.

As leader of PDI Ninth House’s Talent Management Systems Practice, Lisa leads a cross-disciplinary team to develop and integrate cutting edge thinking and tools that help client organizations improve or transform their talent management systems/processes, including succession management, performance management, development, staffing, and rewards. She also leads PDI Ninth House’s human capital strategy practice, helping clients plan and implement effective talent strategies and building the organizational capabilities needed to achieve their strategic business goals.
Lisa joined PDI in 1998 and since then she has worked with several clients to design, deliver and implement a large variety of talent management systems and processes and leadership development programs, and to design and integrate custom competency models across their talent management processes. She has additionally worked closely with organizational HR functions to successfully embed the competencies into each of their talent management systems, across multiple business units and leadership levels. Lisa is editor and key author of the Successful Manager’s Handbook and has facilitated numerous performance and development feedback and planning sessions with executives and managers.
