Are the same mistakes being made when an employee leaves and successful knowledge transfer fails to occur?
Now more than ever, we need to be able to stretch our resources and account for all expenditures. Join us for this webcast that examines many of the common mistakes made by corporations, and what you can do to avoid them. We'll examine ways to improve your process-- and show how to make a compelling case for increased attention to on and off boarding to your executive team.
