Ken Oehler is a Senior Vice President and Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness Service Line Leader for Aon Hewitt. He specializes in human capital strategies and interventions. Ken is in Aon Hewitt’s New York office.
Prior to joining Aon Hewitt Ken was a Principal with Towers Perrin where he served on the global Change Implementation Practice Leadership Team and was the Global Leader of the firm’s Measurement Practice. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, U.K., Netherlands, France, Italy, and Japan.
