This session continues our theme of flattening the learning organization, extending reach and meeting more learning requirements worldwide. We will examine a case study at Procter & Gamble where an innovative rapid learning strategy did just that. A pilot started with just 3 content developers in one manufacturing location for just one product division. Bill 'Red Dog' Martin, Dean of P&G's FastTrain Virtual University, was able to expand this into a strategy that today includes over 300 content developers contributing thousands of e-learning content solutions across the global operations for the company. And, the results have been impressive:

Bill "Red Dog" Martin serves as Dean of P&G's FastTrain University and has been with P&G for over 25 years. He completed his B.S. degree in Pulp and Paper Technology at Miami University and is also an honorary Professor of Entrepreneurship at Miami and Syracuse University. As his nick-name implies, Bill keeps very active personally, leading the Red Dog Willie Band that has recorded 7 CD's, and having completed 10 marathons, 5 half-iron man events and 1 complete iron man event.
