Bennett is an organizational Psychologist and experienced human resources consultant who has partnered with management and executive level clients across a number of companies. Experience in talent strategy, competency modeling, executive assessment, 360° assessment and feedback, leadership team development, high potential succession planning, performance management & systems, and organizational change metrics.
He currently supports the Global R&D (Research and Development) organization on its talent sustainability agenda and leads the execution of core people processes, including Performance Management, Organizational Health Survey, Manager Quality and 360 Feedback and Succession Planning; ensuring the on-time data collection, high employee participation rates, and coordination across global client groups.
Bennett has also worked as an OD Analyst at CA Technologies, adjunct professor at Hofstra University, and as a management consultant.
