Megan is the Americas Campus Recruiting Leader – Tax and Operations for Ernst & Young.
In her Tax role role, Megan teams with firm leadership and recruiters to set our tax recruiting strategy and sustain our market leadership position on campus. In her operations role, Megan sets our operations strategy and identifies and implements process improvements. Megan is active in several professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Accounting Association.
Since joining Ernst & Young’s Atlanta office as an intern in 1995, Megan has fully experienced the firm’s culture of mobility. Megan has moved offices four times, and served in seven different roles with the firm. Since the birth of her first daughter in 2004, Megan has worked a flexible, and often reduced, schedule. She often telecommutes and works flexible hours to accommodate personal commitments.
Megan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, and holds a Georgia CPA License. Megan lives in Thousand Oaks, California with her husband Bob and daughters Katie and Emily.
