Jeff is a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton, and is a leader in the firm's Human Capital Management business. He has worked with Fortune 500 organizations and Federal Government Agencies to redefine and focus their HR strategy, align people to meet changing business models, accelerate the efficiency curve related to post-M&A integration, and transform HR service delivery and overall value equations - spanning strategic intent to programmatic evaluation and transformation, redesign of business processes, implementation and integration of multiple service delivery models (including Shared Services and HR BPO), design and implementation of effective governance structures, transformational change management, and measurement. His clients span several industries, including energy, health, retail, hospitality, consumer products, telecommunications, and the Department of Homeland Security.Prior to joining Booz Allen, Jeff worked at Hewitt Associates, where he led the HR Outsourcing transformations, strategic integration efforts, and HR consulting engagements for several of their largest, most complex clients.

Gustavo Alba is a Director with Booz Allen Hamilton and leads their North America Commercial Recruiting activities. In this role, he is responsible for both experienced and campus hiring channels.During his tenure at Booz Allen, Gustavo developed the North America experienced hire channel and facilitated a rapid scale up of Booz Allen's European offices. Recently, Gustavo successfully led Booz Allen's global recruiting activities for an entirely new career model called Design.Gustavo combines past experience in executive search and corporate organizations. He has an expertise in Human Capital initiatives focused on talent acquisition strategies, change management and building effective recruitment organizations.
