Mary Beth Cozza is the Vice President, Organizational Development & Internal Communications for The PMI Group, Inc. She has worked for PMI for 22 years and has specialized in the Human Resources field for over 17 years. Her main focus of expertise is in talent management and she has worked with the PMI leaders in driving a high performance culture and implementing a talent management infrastructure that is focused yet flexible to what the overall strategy requires. She is an innovator and creator of competency development, internal communications, organization alignment, talent segmentation, role segmentation, succession planning and leadership development for PMI. She earned her BS in Business Management and Communications from the University of Slippery Rock, Slippery Rock, PA. She currently is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and plays an integral part of the company's continuous learning efforts through The Taylor Group.

Edie Goldberg is the principal of E. L. Goldberg & Associates in Menlo Park, CA. She has specialized in organization effectiveness and talent management for over 20 years. She focuses her practice on designing HR processes and programs to attract, engage, develop and retain employees. Before starting her own company, Dr. Goldberg worked for Towers Perrin as the Global Leader in Career Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development. She also co-lead a Talent Management Initiative which produced groundbreaking research on employee perceptions regarding what attracts and retains them. Dr. Goldberg has published & presented papers in the areas of performance management, core competencies, total quality management, organizational change, and employee selection. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Albany, State University of New York, and her B.A. and M.S. from San Diego State University. She is currently the President of the California HR Strategy Forum, and was the founder of the Bay Area Applied Psychologists.
