Launching any new HR program at a large company always presents unique challenges. However, when it’s a global rollout at one of the world’s largest companies, the challenges are even greater. Join us as we discuss how the Coca-Cola Company and Aon Hewitt partnered to design and execute a change management plan for a multiyear, staggered, global HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) rollout.
