contributor and leader in the US Enterprise and Channel Organizations.
Karen leads the strategy, planning and execution functions aligned with
the global talent development objectives for Cisco's most senior sales
leaders, the Client Directors.

Peyton Daniel is responsible for leading DBM's Executive Coaching practice in North America, including business development and service delivery. He and his team partner with organizations to identify key business challenges and explore ways that DBM can support senior executives in achieving superior business performance. Peyton's professional background reflects a dedication to helping Fortune 500 customers align the performance of their key talent with their corporate objectives. He has held various executive roles in performance improvement consulting firms, and just prior to joining DBM, he was on the senior management team of Learn2.com, a leading e-learning corporation. Peyton holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Stanford University.
