Yarbrough has been asked to contribute his expertise to books on the topic of Enterprise 2.0 and was recently profiled by Seattle Social Media Profiles.Ethan drives Enterprise 2.0 adoption within his own organization with the support of the highly engaged team he leads. In 2007, Ethan was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the region's top "40 Under 40", a prestigious award celebrating young entrepreneurs and rising stars in the local business community. Ethan is passionate about programs that support Allyis employees and the community.He spearheads the internal Greener Allyis campaign which emphasizes reduced waste, recycling, reduced consumption, and general environmental stewardship with a goal of making it easier for employees to make "greener" choices while at work.In 2007, Western Washington University honored Ethan, along with Allyis co-founders Ken Efta and Richard Law, with the inaugural 2007 Young Alumnus of the Year Award. Ethan holds an M.A. in English Literature from Western Washington University and still enjoys spending his free time in creative pursuits such as writing and photography.
