Presenters

Jim McCoy is responsible for managing Veritude's consulting services business. He joined the company as a sales executive in February 2003, and in that role, he sold Veritude's first recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and built the consulting services practice. The latter was established as a separate business line in 2005 and, as vice president, Consulting Services, he grew the business nearly three-fold. He was promoted to his current role in January 2007.Previously, McCoy was a client sales executive at EDS, held management positions at BankBoston, was a product manager at First Chicago NBD and a market manager at Chase Manhattan Bank. A certified treasury professional, he has a bachelor's of arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Rob moved to Dallas in April, 2006 to join Overhead Door as Director of Customer Service. His mission was to create a new Call Center in the corporate office to replace an inadequate out-sourced call center. He brings with him more than 30 years of experience in sales and customer service. Previously he was Customer Service Manager for NuTone, Inc, headquartered in Cincinnati. Prior to NuTone he spent 25 years as Asst. to VP of Sales at Fechheimer, a Berkshire Hathaway holding, also in Cincinnati.
