Presenters

Justin Taylor is currently the vice president of human resources for the North American region of The Body Shop based in Wake Forest, N.C. With HR responsibilities for the United States, Canada and Mexico, Justin has spent the last year working with the company’s president to build a new senior team, restructure the U.S. business and reopen a Canadian office in June of 2009.
Before transferring to North Carolina in 2008, Justin served as the senior business partner of corporate functions at The Body Shop’s international corporate office in England where he spent three years building an HR shared service for the entire global organization. He began his career at The Body Shop seven years ago as the Canadian HR director, including a short eight-month stint in Singapore to help transition the Asian organization to The Body Shop’s global model of working.
Prior to joining The Body Shop, Justin worked for HMV Canada Inc. as the director of organizational design and training. In that position, he built a strong talent identification and succession planning program and established a continuous development program for both field and office-based employees.
Justin began his career at Cineplex Odeon Canada as a theater manager and was quickly promoted to training manager for their Canadian business. Justin was involved in setting up their European operations working both in Istanbul, Turkey and Vienna, Austria, and was instrumental in setting up a peer training program in the Canadian business.

Jeremy has worked for Swarovski North America for 3 years and is responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic Talent Management initiatives for 2,600+ employees across five product brands throughout the United States and Canada. In 2009, he lead a project to redesign the process and tools used for hiring talent within the Swarovski retail boutiques. As a result, Swarovski is using an online Talent Assessment Center in 220 U.S.-based locations, and Jeremy is about to kick off a project to expand the assessment center to the 1,000+ Swarovski retail locations across the globe. Jeremy has twenty years of experience in the retail industry, with the majority of those years in various HR functions.

Dr. Fetzer has been with PreVisor for six years. Mike leads a team that is focused on the design and development of PreVisor’s international products as well as advanced assessment technologies such as simulations, 3D animation, and computer adaptive tests. His role also involves supporting client counsel during EEOC/OFCCP actions. Mike joined PreVisor from Development Dimensions International (DDI), where he served as a Senior Consultant supporting the development of DDI’s international testing and interviewing systems. He holds a Doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
