She has broad-based recruiting experience in life sciences, high technology and financial services holding Sr. Staffing and Consulting positions as an in-house corporate recruiter with Fortune 500 companies including Genentech, VISA and McKesson Corporation.She has implemented large scale and niche recruiting campaigns and branding initiatives with full budgetary accountability and has prior experience as a principal search consultant in a retained executive search firm specializing in emerging, high growth companies. Rosanna received a B.S. degree from San Jose State University and has served as a member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Job Forum and the San Francisco Examiner's Employment Advisory Board.
