Presenters

Tim Reynolds serves as Vice President of Talent and Organization Effectiveness for Whirlpool Corporation. His work is focused on the delivery of talent acquisition, leadership succession, managerial effectiveness, diversity, and organization design that fosters a sustainable human capital advantage.Tim's experience in Human Resources spans 22 years with leading Fortune 500 companies including Marathon Oil Company, Abbott Laboratories, Johns‐Manville Corporation and Whirlpool Corporation. Most of Tim's career has been spent working for Whirlpool Corporation in global HR/OD for product development, technology and manufacturing organizations. His main work responsibilities include OE strategy, talent creation, capability building, HR
excellence and performance improvement.In addition to industrial work, Tim has been an adjunct faculty member at Tiffin University and the University of Findlay teaching Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. He has published articles in HR/OD
journals and has been a regular speaker at national conferences.Tim received his BBA in HRM/MGT in 1987 from Ohio University and his Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources from Ohio State University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Organizational Performance and Change at Colorado State University. Tim serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Board for the College of Business at Ohio University and the Advisory Board for the graduate Labor and Human Resources program at Ohio State University's
Fisher College of Business.Tim lives in Stevensville, Michigan, with his wife and two sons.
