Dr. Ken Lahti completed his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University and has worked in the field of assessment and selection for over a decade. As Vice President of Product Development and Innovation, Ken merges commercial strategy with scientific innovation and oversees research and development of SHL’s industry-leading assessment products. Ken is a noted speaker in his profession, presenting at conferences and webcasts hosted by organizations such as Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Talent Management Magazine, Human Capital Institute, SHRM, and HR.com.

Tracy Kantrowitz joined the PreVisor Content Development team in January 2005, specializing in the development of non-cognitive predictors and research and validation of assessment tools. Dr. Kantrowitz brings experience in basic and applied research, teaching, and consulting. Prior to joining PreVisor, Tracy worked for UPS conducting various projects related to succession planning, career development, and competency modeling. In addition to teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses in psychology and statistics, Dr. Kantrowitz has published and presented at national conferences on topics such as predictors of training and job performance, job search, and emotion regulation.As Content Development Manager at PreVisor, Tracy is responsible for managing a team of research scientists and test developers who develop and conduct research on leading-edge assessment content.Tracy Kantrowitz holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is affiliated with the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
