Jennifer Dill manages mentoring, rotational and cross-training development programs for Mary Kay's 5,000 employees in over 25 markets. She also leads the company's succession planning process and high potential development program. Previously, Ms. Dill was the Region Generalist for Mary Kay's subsidiaries in Latin America and Canada, and as International Assignment Analyst managed the company's expatriate programs.Ms. Dill is Menttium certified and holds certificates from SHRM. She earned a bachelor's degree in family studies from Brigham Young University and is pursuing graduate work in organizational development at the University of Dallas.
