Talent acquisition professionals have learned that there isn't a magical success formula for creating a meaningful quality of hire definition. Measuring the success of a candidate-turned-employee can be both obvious and elusive, but must begin by collectively agreeing on the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and performance necessary.
The best performance data relies on measuring criteria important to key stakeholders- hiring managers, colleagues and perhaps, even the candidate-turned-hire themselves. In this webcast we'll look at what employers should consider in developing a quality-of-hire measure, a process for how to attack the issue, and specifically how to adapt a metric for unique needs. We'll also examine how some leading corporations are measuring hire quality themselves.
