Develop a Leadership Sourcing Model

Lou is always very engaging. I agree that most job descriptions are boring. The key to filling positions is to understand and communicate in an exciting way what goals or objectives a candidate should be able to accomplish in a perspective position over a period of time. Lou illustrated this very well with his flash forward ad.

I found this webinar very informative and very useful to revising our approach to recruiting . Although our organization is unique in terms of the pool of resources we need, by using the list of what is important to making a move and asking cadidates to complete, adds incredible value to fitting indivudals with culture and role.
