Ms. Bing has worked with a wide variety of clients including AIG, Anadigics, AstraZeneca, Avon, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Capital One, Celgene, DeLage Landen, Dräger Medical, FMC, Geiseke & Devrient, ING, J&J (including JJCG, Janssen and McNeil), Merck, Peregrine Semiconductor, Pfizer, Pharmacia, State Farm Insurance, Sprint, Stork, Synthes, Technidata America, the US Department of Agriculture, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.Prior to her work for ITAP International, Ms. Bing has experience as a member of the corporate human resources staff at The New York Times Company (responsible for HR/training for Magazines, TV/Radio and 20+ smaller newspapers), a human resources director at Chase Manhattan Bank in the credit card division, and training manager at Lockheed Information Management Services, a high tech division of the Lockheed Corporation. Her corporate projects include work in performance management, team building, mission/vision formulation, succession planning process formulation and implementation, and workflow design. In addition, she specialized in executive/management development and training management. Previous to corporate work, Ms. Bing ran her own consulting firm for eight years, Mercer Communications, Inc., and authored "Communications Power: From Back Rooms to Board Rooms" and was an active member of the National Speaker's Association.

Rich Taylor is the Director of Learning & Performance of GlobalEnglish Corporation, and responsible for the pedagogy and content of GlobalEnglish learning services. He has over a decade of senior executive experience leading Learning & Development teams at TIBCO, Reuters, Cargill, and, most recently, as Vice President of Consulting at Aptara, a content-transformation company. Prior to his corporate experience, Rich was a scholar of comparative religion and linguistics. He has several published works, including Death and the Afterlife: A Cultural Encyclopedia.
