Dolores Wilverding is a Principal and Executive Consultant with The Leap Group, Inc. Before her consultancy with The LEAP Group, she was Managing Director of the US Talent Management Practice, at the PwC Global People and Change network.Ms. Wilverding is a senior human resource executive with 25 years experience in talent management, change management, performance management and leadership development. She has broad global experience working for fast-paced, Fortune 50 and 100 companies including American Express and GE. She has been a strategic partner to the C -suite aligning people strategies with business objectives and translating business strategy into clearly defined behaviors. Ms. Wilverding has designed and implemented talent management strategies for talent assessment, organizational design, executive on-boarding, competency development, leadership development, succession planning, career development, and performance management.

Susan Krup Grunin, Ph.D., is the Senior Director for Organizational Effectiveness for Beacon Associates (a small 8(a) firm that provides OD and other HC services to the government and private sector). She also worked as an OD Consultant for Watson Wyatt and for over two decades she held various Management positions in Human Capital. In addition, since 1998, Dr. Grunin began teaching Strategic Human Capital and Management courses at the University of Virginia's School of Business and Technology. She also teaches for the Graduate School of Management and Technology at UMUC and recently taught a course for the MBA program at Green Mountain College on Organizational Behavior and Sustainability. She holds a doctorate degree in Public Policy Analysis, MPA and masters in CJ administration. She has recently co-authored a book, Strategic Human Capital: A Practical Guide, which was published in 2008.
