i have said times without number that a talent can adequately be motivated when it is truly an innate ability one is able to discover at an infant age say primary/secondary level and he/she is educated accordingly in the higher institution, that is through reading a course related to that talent.in such cases,it may have taken you over ten to fifteen years to develop that innate ability.this is where one can emphatically say you are self motivated because the talent has grown over the years and has become a giant owing the education, information and experience you have gathered over time. Now, stepping into the work force, the talent which has become a vision can do all related jobs.this is the reason why i consider all hr specialist to advocate for talent realization and education in schools to provide the skills our companies require in the 21st century seeking for collaboration with those companies to effect the campaigns.
