Dow Jones has taken a programmatic approach with their entry level sales and product management programs and are able to reach more college campuses with fewer geographic barriers. Video interviewing has reduced and in some cases eliminated dependencies on business executives attending recruiting events. Not only saving travel costs but productivity increases for those executives. Dow Jones is seen as tech savvy by candidates which serves to further strengthen their employment brand.
