Presenters

Michael is a Principal and Talent and HR Solutions practice consultant based in Hewitt's Philadelphia office. He consults on HR strategy and design, HR structure, HR transformation, HR delivery models, and talent management. Prior to joining Hewitt, he held an organizational development position in the technology industry, and he taught at Pennsylvania State University and Texas A&M University. Some of his clients include: Abbott Laboratories; Bank of New York Mellon Corporation; Constellation Energy Group, Inc.; Philips Electronics North America Corporation; Siemens Corporation; Southern Company; Thomson Corporation, and The World Bank. Michael has a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Government from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Political Science and Business Management from Widener University.
